How to submit
a presentation?

Submitting your presentation is done via the form below. Before submitting, please make sure that your presentation meets the formal and technical requirements. For more information, see the "guidelines" section.

Guidelines

General

  • Submitting a presentation using this form only applies to participants who have not been invited to give a presentation by the Organising Committee but wish to do so.

  • The submitted presentations will be delivered by the participants as part of the Conference session planned for this purpose.

  • To ensure the smooth running of the Conference sessions, please submit materials in accordance with the Deadlines .

  • The presentation will be broadcast via the Conference communication channels.

Speech

  • Duration: no more than 10-12 minutes

  • We suggest starting with a clear title and an introduction that includes the background of the topic, the research aim and the main research question, as well as division into sections: introduction, methodology, results, discussion and conclusions.

  • Please focus on the most important points, eliminating excess detail due to limited speaking time.

  • The presentation should be accompanied by a presentation. The slides should be clear, contain key information, graphs, tables and images, without excessive text.

  • Please prepare for the Q&A session, taking into account potential audience concerns.

For the author
  • The organizers reserve the right to select presentations for the conference sessions from among the submitted applications. If a presentation proposal is accepted or rejected, the author will be notified by email.
