How to submit a poster?
Poster submission is done via the form below. Before submitting, please make sure that your poster meets the formal and technical requirements. For more information, see the "guidelines" section.
Guidelines
General

The final deadline for submitting posters is indicated in the Deadlines tab.

The poster session within “Science and Business – Common Challenges” takes place online only.

Submitted posters must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines.
Poster
The dimensions of the graphic file containing the poster must be no less than 1920×1080, and its proportions must maintain the 16×9 format (width x height).
The poster must be a single graphic file. Slide shows will not be accepted.
The font size used must be legible without enlarging the graphic file.
Accepted file formats are JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF.
Audio commentary
As part of the poster session, we provide the opportunity to share an additional version of the poster, along with an audio commentary. The audio commentary is optional.
The duration of the recording should be between 3 and 5 minutes.
The uploaded file should be in mp3 audio file format.
